'A NIGHT OF AWARENESS - RAISING AND GRAFITTi EXHIBITS'THURS 10TH JUNE / 8PM - LATE / FREE
Before
the rough and tumble of the World Cup hits screens nationwide, Focus 23
takes the opportunity to slip in a message for people much closer to home.
June sees the partnership of Focus 23 and ATD Fourth World - a local charity
that actively engages with people living in poverty in London and the wider
south-east region. With the hope that one night of awareness-raising may
spread the message far beyond the reaches of those already in the know,
Focus 23 will host a series of information stands about the charity, alongside
entertainment from in-house DJs and grafitti artists.
Weather permitting, we encourage you to get outside and have a dabble with
some paint, or alternatively to soak up the sounds of the Focus DJs as
they jump and jam for your enjoyment.
ATD is a local charity with strong and established roots in the community.
All donations are welcome.
